The hotel had a fantastic location in a safe area with excellent local facilities. We could easily walk to the subway, restaurants, and malls. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to change our currency at a favorable rate. The hotel was very clean and provided good internet.

Additionally, the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Despite these positive aspects, there was one small issue that could be improved. The hotel room I stayed in faced a street where there was a fitness studio.
